This is a demonstration product, and this page is illustrative rather than a real legal agreement. Before operating zrdio commercially, replace it with terms reviewed by a qualified lawyer in your jurisdiction.

The service

zrdio provides AI-assisted website generation, website analysis and publishing tools. You keep full ownership of the content you provide and of the sites generated for you. Exported sites carry no licence restrictions.

Your responsibilities

• Only scan websites you own or have permission to analyse.
• Do not use generated content to mislead, impersonate or spam.
• Keep your account credentials to yourself; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Published sites must comply with applicable law. We may take down published content that is unlawful or abusive.

AI-generated content

Generated copy and structures are produced by a machine and can be wrong. Review everything before publishing, especially claims, prices and contact details. Illustrative testimonials must be replaced with real ones before use.

Analysis results

Scan scores and findings are automated assessments, not professional audits. A clean scan is not a certificate of legal compliance with accessibility or any other regulation.

Billing

Paid plans renew until cancelled. Cancelling stops renewal at the end of the paid period. Nothing is deleted on downgrade; content over the new plan's limits becomes read-only.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding twelve months.
